We are setting up a more advanced grid in North Bay & area in Ontario, Canada over a threat lab immediately 

Locals do not need to panic yet there will be people detained & interrogated 

There has been a mistake in brain research in a Northern Ontario Canada 

My group & I which are in the process of relocating our Montreal office & closing remaining Canadian offices will retain a share in Rue Cypress Montreal research while our new research facility is outside of Melbourne in Australia where our office is & residences while some of us live & travel between European countries, Canada & specific international destinations

I was physically in the North Bay area when the one Ontario neurological technology lab has my body connected prior to 1999 yet left unmanned & only slightly negatively affected at times between 1990's-2011 & yet between 2012-2023 it has been nothing more than an attack non-stop while I traveled, studied & lived across Canada while visiting USA

My team from Montreal & Calgary which will remain working virtually for our research & services company outside of investments include some that will be accompanying me to North Bay in November 2023 to take care of the situation of those operating at & with the one Ontario neurological technology lab, North Bay which includes those not since deceased that operated between 1990's-2023

We expect to subpoena everyone that operated at physically & with from outside the location into the North Bay courts with Canadian!- International interests involved including legal & Government then Private Sector interests

The CIG team of over 30 people will be staying with undisclosed locals in & around the North Bay area working with an area of Government over the one Ontario neurological technology lab, North Bay

In Australia we do Melbourne & Mt Buller then time in Queensland just like in other countries we have specific ares we go to & groups we connect with over others. There will be no backing down against those involved & connected to this neurological technology lab. I am an ex-5 eyes Intelligence Officer (2000's-2022) which had been a supervisor (Commander) prior to retirement 

We will be occupying North Bay & area with a paid & draft group including volunteering locals over this matter starting November 1, 2023 after previous investigative efforts failed. We want a public presence yet it is partial undercover with different interests connecting with only specific Policing interests
