For myself, parents Rod & Marie then Aunt Rose & screened guests with security with four bedrooms & one or more guest rooms

I would like to look at purchasing a residential property for myself where my parents & god mother are retired & living (Niagara Falls & Fonthill after St Catharines)

This property could house the three & has enough for a bedroom for myself when I am not in Montreal or at Mont Tremblant

One option of multiple

Hurricane Road. Welland just outside of Fonthill $2,350,000 then CIG services can accommodate as they age including delivery

I have considered a lot of different property options with CIG invested interests between 2016-2023 in different geographic areas internationally to live in or rotate through & as residential investments yet after the June 1, 2023 restructure everyone chose Montreal while Sydney was late to join after doing the Calgary - Toronto & LA thing & I am just exiting Calgary now fall 2023

Montreal in Quebec Canada as our base internationally then our Research & Services company & market investment group

We as a group still have our eye on a few options in North Bay & Muskokas despite the fact I deserted a plan to build on a vacant lakeside lot due to restrictions

PERSONALLY

I am going to keep a locked personal bedroom at different residential properties I own or own a share in in Montreal, Tremblant & Niagara Region then others while I keep specifics with security living at the properties

I'll keep common area items & stocked items, cleaners then a vehicle or shared with delivery options on-site for those living there & when I am present

This is separate from my CIG - Fox career & portfolio as it is my personal lifestyle & dental-health
