I, Dr Nick Bennett decided to purchase a home on the North Shore in Vancouver between West - North as a long-term retirement option due to lack of negotiations over the H.I.3 case & the one Ontario neurological technology lab, North Bay efforts taken between 2012-2023 & prior to 2012 dating back to 1990's

I am in Toronto from Calgary between October 23-31, 2023 looking at options in the Niagara Region, Muskokas then North Bay or Tremblant & Montreal 

There are a lot of great options. Some of which I expressed that other persons or groups connected may take an interest in assisting sellers sell in those areas 

While CIG The Commonwealth Group is based in Montreal with an office & Research location while the Bevarian Sect is as well in Canada  (Finance group). I don't feel the need to have to live there. I like Tremblant in Quebec & Muskokas or North Bay on Trout or Nosbonsing Lakes in Ontario over the Niagara Region yet I think it's back to the mountains in British Columbia for me plus I can retain my Class 16Q drivers licence without taking the Ontario test for nothing for an ACZM after one year as I have Western Canadian Melt training complete 

I spent 2012-2023 in Alberta mainly then Saskatchewan & British Columbia between travels to Toronto, Montreal or time in the Niagara Region after having lived in the North Bay area in Ontario then Vancouver & Ottawa or Montreal before Kelowna 

CIG invested interests intend to remain based out of Montreal & travel as per plans in their 2022-2023 restructure

My budget is under $20 Million Canadian dollars for the home with any renovations then operating budget above this amount. November 2023

I intend to keep the home & property for the remainder if my life or 2023-2090+

I expect to sell my remaining Canadian properties by December 1, 2023. 2 bed condo in Calgary for under $700,000 & a property in Muskokas for over $1 million then sustain my life financally with my CIG portfolio & income from CIG Fox Research & Services

I will be suing those involved & connected to the Ontario neurological technology lab, North Bay with my new local Government representation, legal representation in Montreal & USA international with a team of advisors

While three brain research devices stored in Montreal from an early 2000's deal & settlement can be moved & stored on my own properties private military grade vault with my Government & legal representation involved we have to negotiate to physically move the North Bay location's device which was used to harm my body & negatively affect my life between 2012-2023 after efforts to not harm me but to negatively affect me prior to 2012 dating back between 1990's-2011

Man-made & natural disaster concerns in Vancouver are no different than Montreal including earthquakes 

My friends Sydney & Tekari Yoshimoto-Bennett with 11 year old son will be deviding time between a friend's home in Muskokas & Montreal until we come to a legal resolution over the North Bay lab 

In USA. I prefer Lake Tahoe, Salt Lake & Aspen first then places like or the coast & Malibu 

Internationally. South Spain & specifics east then trips to the Swiss Alps. I have the areas I like then those I'd rather avoid internationally like areas in Canada & USA I prefer to avoid
