Expectation of low cost high quality options used by the local community while monitoring local property tax use for all services & repairs 


Taxes paid always on time through Karen Fellici & don't want to be bothered at my private residential property or while visiting a local medical clinic, dental clinic or hospital at rare times visiting 


Annual taxes done by Karen Fellici & team in Montreal 


Home Delivery for food - drink & supplies


At home custom commercial kitchen with some security staff doubling as chefs & kitchen staff & Sysco or other option for food delivery 


At home Medical - Dental options if possible 


RELATIONSHIPS - SOCIAL

No relationship. Unless there is court case with people met & those connected as child or teenager & adult unless in PT Group - CIG & screened connections legally & for safety to avoid being negatively affected
