We may not be able to live in Ontario due to the H.I.3 Case so the Muskokas option is there yet we may not be able to long-term & will only be able to do Montreal area options then our Montreal office with 7 staff of legal & financial advisors while all our personal & past company assets are stored on our two properties despite initially having plans for three larger properties

It's looking like 2 properties to house 12 family members sharing then security - maintenance & cleaning the food prep staff combination + partners. 28-30 people sharing two properties. 9+ bed 9+ bath each. We wanted to do a Montreal area mountain option or two & Muskokas after all other considered options prior to September 15, 2023 were cancelled due to the H.I.3 case
