Dr Nicolas Bennett will remain in birth Province of Ontario in Canada living at a Lakeside cottage owned by Dr Nicolas Bennett permanently for the remainder of life between 2024-2090 protected by PT Group - CIG in Montreal in Quebec Canada 


Financially supported by ones own earned retirement pension through PT Group - CIG in Montreal in Quebec Canada 


Due to a neck-spine & jaw injury caused by the one Ontario lab in 2003 then other efforts taken between 2012-2023 mainly Dr Nicolas Bennett qualified for a Disability Assistance Pension separately in Ontario Canada as per available Medical Health records which ate publicly accessible due to the H.I.3 case 2016-2023

With ODSP you can keep $1000 per month from earnings without it affecting your income supports which would offer Dr Nicolas Bennett $2200 monthly yet Dr Nicolas Bennett earns an amount that leaves $300.00 & only access to basic medical - prescriptions & dental care despite a more advanced additive package complimented with by PT Group - CIG

Deductions. $1000 then the $1200. Maximum deduction leaving $300 per month plus $100 if any work related expenses are required

We deduct an amount equal to three-quarters (75%) of your net monthly earnings above the first $1,000

If you have child care expenses or disability-related work expenses, these are deducted from this amount

We give you an extra $100 Work-Related Benefit

In the same way, we will adjust your income support based on money earned by your non-disabled spouse or children 18 years of age or older who are not attending high school or postsecondary school full-time.

A non-disabled spouse or children 18 years of age or older who are not attending high school or postsecondary school full-time can receive up to $200 a month in net earnings with no reduction in your income support.

The first $200 per month is exempt income under ODSP, and so is 50% of any net earnings after the first $200


When living in Ontario since 2004 Dr Nicolas Bennett is always signed in & reports monthly statements to ODSP & annual to CRA Canadian Revenue Agency

Be financially eligible

Have a physical or mental health disability, expected to last one year or longer, that substantially limits your ability to work, look after yourself or carry out daily activities

Away more than 30 days without approval from ODSP

ODSP will say that you have an overpayment for income support you get after being outside Ontario for 30 days without their approval. And if you're away for several months or more, ODSP may also cut off or suspend your income support

Chronic Pain (Back Pain, Fibromyalgia, Arthritis, IBS, Nerve Pain, Sciatica) Mental Health & Psychological Illnesses (PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorders, Moderate to Severe Autism & Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Disassociative Identity Disorder) Cardiovascular Conditions (Hypertension, Chronic Heart Disease, Heart Attack, Stroke, Coronary Artery Disease) Neurological Disorders (Stroke, Parkinson’s Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, ALS, Epilepsy) Respiratory Conditions (COPD, Chronic Lung Disease, Asthma)

Basic Disability then Dietary Aid if qualifying for a condition, allergies or injury related reaction to food-drink
