My Final Decide for 2024. Dr Nicolas Bennett

My research property within an hour east of Bracebridge & Huntsville

Rather than Carly K.S Bennett owning as a vacation property I am going to own both as a main house then my private lakeside research property in the woods to get away that way I don't have to take a flight to travel & I am too injured for mountain or ocean sports now from injuries sustained in research between 2012-2023

I take pocession of the lakeside research property October 1, 023 then just to purchase a Lakehouse in Muskokas to move my Calgary, Montreal & Toronto assets to

Muskokas main house then research Lakeside glass house within two hours drive away

While there are some other options I am looking for 6-7+ bedrooms & 6+ bathrooms with over 5-10 acres on the lake

$250 US Million total costs - Personal properties

$150 US Million operating budget for both properties for 68 years then succession plan above initial cost & renovations to maintain long-term  

Over 20 years of hard work, studies & travel plus a cross career led me to this reality
