Despite the calculated effort over the H.I.3 Case 1986-1999, 2000-2011 & again between 2012-2023 in financial damages due to all details including leaking information the responsible neurological technology lab was asked to pay $10.5 US Billion in 2014 yet the total amount with losses is $78 US Billion now in 2023. The differences were expected to be earned through an investment to recoup all losses & address injuries + lost time the one neurological technology lab is responsible for witt those operating at past-present & those connecting domestically within Canada & internationally
